I would like to buy more tickets than the maximum number allowed.
You are entitled to buy a limited number of tickets as an individual user of platform. No group selling options are available! To buy more tickets, you should engage more individuals and ask them to set up their own user accounts to buy multiple tickets for more people.
How will I known that the ticket was booked correctly?
If the booking procedure was successful, the booking is assigned a unique code; you will receive this unique booking code in an e-mail with instructions on how to proceed.
The same instructions can be displayed in the booking details section at 'My Account' -> 'Orders' (you must first select the given booking).
You should carefully read our Terms of Use and information provided in the e-mails sent by our system.
How can I get a VAT invoice?
1. VAT invoice is issued automatically with each booking. Your invoice will be delivered along with your tickets.
2. If you are an anonymous user, you will get a transaction confirmation.
3. By default, VAT invoices include default user data, unless other data is entered in 'My Account' -> 'Invoice/delivery data', in the 'Invoice data' section.
If you want us to invoice your company, you need to enter company data in this section.
Data can be modified only until booking status changes to "Preparation for Distribution" or after the invoice is printed/displayed if you choose the print-at-home ticket. Therefore you should enter correct data immediately after you activate your user account, or directly before you buy your ticket(s).
